Lever Lock Rings: 12 Gauge steel (powder coated) with a heavy closure mechanism for easier and safer closure. A 10 inch lever with dovetailed end for superior grip. Safer: No sharp edges to damage hands or lids.

The design of our steel lever lock rings ensure a tighter seal to the drum in drop and impact tests. Our U-channel ring design has a smaller diameter at the underside than at the top to grip the lid as tight as possible to the drum, ensuring a very secure seal.

A tighter fit makes for a higher UN Rating.

Lids: Heavy Duty Wall Thickness makes for less deflection on UN/DOT Certification. Skirt of the lid is gusseted to reduce flexing. Adds superior structural integrity.

Gasket on Lid: Our special memory sealing gasket is highly pliable, retains shape and can also pass the 3 psi pressure test in higher rated salvage drums.

Drum: Engineered to the same tough standards as our lids and rings for a complete and secure package.
